Vivek is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of industry experience. As a Chemical Engineer who began his career building physical energy infrastructure, he made his way to building technology infrastructure for commodities trading on Wall Street and across the globe. As a co-founder of BroadPeak, Vivek built a bootstrapped software company bringing modern solutions to commodities and derivatives markets. He was at the ground level of product development and customer delivery while also championing essential pillars such as a rock-solid culture and long-lasting customer relationships. After the company was sold in 2023, Vivek has shifted focus from daily operations to working with our partners and customers to create value and bring innovative solutions to market. Vivek holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Deanna Reitman

Deanna Reitman provides clients with legal, regulatory and business advice on commodities. She has more than 25 years’ experience in commodity markets and more than 18 years of senior management experience, with a particular focus on energy, metals, agriculture, carbon and other sustainable commodities. Deanna draws upon her experience as in-house counsel for commodity marketing and trading firms to advise on the structuring of transactions, developing carbon and sustainable asset platforms/exchanges, and providing business-forward regulatory and commercial advice to clients.
