Entry-Level Dev Ops

We are looking to add an entry-level DevOps engineer to our team. Our DevOps engineers wear many hats, gaining experience on a variety of projects in collaboration with development teams as well as business analyst teams to ensure robust infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance and security.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and automate our infrastructure on AWS
- Provide technical support for On-Premise deployments
- Support project teams with ongoing maintenance or required changes
- Ensure stability and reliability on an ongoing basis using automation
- Establish security best practices and monitoring and resolving any security related events
- Manage and coordinate with relevant teams to perform upgrades
- Troubleshoot technical and data issues related to the infrastructure
- Perform disaster recovery testing

We are looking to add an experienced Technical Analyst to our team. Technical analysts are the glue for our company. They assist customers with support and training, investigate bugs, run complex implementations, and guide our product roadmaps.
In this role you need to be relentless in figuring out how things work. You will be constantly learning.
- Being part of the team that delivers and customizes product offerings for the customer
- Be the front line with customer support
- Manage software quality assurance with internal teams
- Maintain product knowledge base for internal and customer consumption

As a Sr. Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing product demos to promote our products to the commodity trading industry. You will collaborate closely across teams to strategize campaigns, analyze market trends, and customize product & sales messaging to achieve our sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Customize Demos: Configure BroadPeak’s K3 platform to facilitate customized product demos tailored for specific use cases or sales targets.
- Demos and Presentations: Demonstrate the value of BroadPeak’s software through rich and insightful product demos that focus on solving clients’ problems.
- Coaching: Lead the sales team in the creation of demo messaging to help sell value rather than features.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for marketing collateral, including demo materials, PowerPoint presentations, conference materials, and email newsletters.
- Event Management: Help plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience customizing demos to highlight the solutions to clients’ problems
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
